Pineapple Pepper Salad

  1. Beat eggs in upper part of double boiler.
  2. Add sugar, flour and salt, blended together.
  3. Stir well, then add juices, water and vinegar.
  4. Place over heat and stir until thick and creamy.
  5. Chill and when ready to serve, add whipped cream.
