Sesame Salt

  1. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the white sesame seeds and toast, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes.
  3. Transfer the sesame seeds to a bowl, and stir in the black sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a jar, cover, and store away from heat and light.
