Vermouth Sin Nombre

• 1/2 lime, quartered
• 1 1/4 orange wheels
• 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
• 2 ounces pisco
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• 1 ounce fresh orange juice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime with 1 orange wheel and the Simple Syrup.
2. Add ice cubes and the pisco, vermouth and orange juice; shake well.
3. Strain into a crushed icefilled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with the orange wheel quarter.
