Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease a caserole dish with nonstick spray
  3. Heat spinach in microwave and drain liquid.
  4. Drain artichoke hearts.
  5. Coarsely chop spinach and artichokes and place in bowl.
  6. combine remaining ingredients reserving some of the parmesan for toping later.
  7. Mix untill completly combined.
  8. Scrape into the prepaired casserol dish.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. turn on broiler sprinkle remaining parmisan and heat till the top is bubbly and brown.
  11. serve immediatly.
