Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 2 can Marinated Artichoke Hearts 13 3/4 oz cans
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 packages 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease a caserole dish with nonstick spray
- Heat spinach in microwave and drain liquid.
- Drain artichoke hearts.
- Coarsely chop spinach and artichokes and place in bowl.
- combine remaining ingredients reserving some of the parmesan for toping later.
- Mix untill completly combined.
- Scrape into the prepaired casserol dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- turn on broiler sprinkle remaining parmisan and heat till the top is bubbly and brown.
- serve immediatly.
