Auntie Lu's Amazing Egg Bake

• 6 -8 slices bread
• 1 lb bacon (browned and crumbled)
• 1 lb sausage (browned and crumbled)
• 10 eggs, beaten
• 3 12 cups milk
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup sour cream

1. Layer 1/2 the bread on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
2. Cover with the meat.
3. Add the rest of the bread.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Mix eggs and milk and pour over the cheese.
6. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
7. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for 1 hour.
8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
9. Sauce:.
10. Add the soup and sour cream to a saucepan.
11. Cook until warm.
12. Spoon on top of egg bake on your plate.
