Caffe Di Cioccolata Recipe

• 1/4 c. Instant espresso
• 1/4 c. Instant cocoa
• 2 c. Boiling water

1. Whipped cream Finely shredded orange peel or possibly grnd cinnamon
2. Combine coffee and cocoa.
3. Add in boiling water and stir to dissolve.
4. Pour into demitasse c.. Top each serving with whipped cream and shredded orange peel.
5. Serves 6 to 7.
