Bread Pot Fondue
- 1 loaf Round Bread
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Cooked, Diced Ham
- 1 whole Small Green Pepper, Chopped, Or 1/2 Cup Of Green Onion Can Be Substituted
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 whole French Bread Loaf
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2.
- Cut hole in top of bread and carefully hollow it out to the edges, leaving a bowl.
- Reserve large chunks of removed bread.
- Save the lid too!

- In a medium bowl, combine cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ham, green pepper, green chiles, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spoon mixture into bread bowl.
- Replace the top lid of the bread, wrap tightly in foil and place on a medium cookie sheet.

- Bake in the oven for 60-70 minutes.
- 5.
- Tear reserved bread into nice large pieces and cut the loaf of French bread in thick slices and then each slice into fourths.
- 6.
- Drizzle bread pieces with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Put bread pieces on a cookie sheet.
- 7.
- Bake bread pieces for 10-15 minutes.
- Flipping/stirring half way through.
- 8.
- On a platter, surround warm bread bowl with bread pieces and serve.
