Mexican Ceviche Recipe

  1. The best fish to use are fresh flounder, red snapper or possibly redfish.
  2. Cut fish into bite-sized pcs.
  3. Place in a shallow dish and add in sufficient lime juice to cover thoroughly.
  4. Let marinade for at least 1 hour (longer is better).
