Sweet Potatoes and Squash

  1. warm skillet to med high with butter in it.
  2. cut potatoes and squash into coins that are very thin, less than 1/4 inch.
  3. add potatoes and squash.
  4. season with salt and pepper and add juice
  5. stir together and cover.
  6. cook for around 20 minutes or until veggies are tender stirring occasionally.
