Baked Chicken Breasts With Lemon And Parmesan Recipe
- 4 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice Parmesan cheese
- I quite often cook chicken breasts this way, and they are never dry out, yet they are well cooked.
- I use deboned skinless half chicken breasts.
- Washthem, pat them dry with a paper towel, and place in a non stick baking dish.
- Pour lemon juice on them, (about 1/2 oz, or possibly more, for 4 half breasts), then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil, and bake at 350 degreesfor about 1 1/4 hours.
- The flavour is milder than you may expect, so which anyleft over chicken can be used for any dish.
- This is simple, but it is very good.
