Fried green tomatoes

  1. Wash tomatoes
  2. Slice tomatoes how thick or slim you want
  3. In a separate contain pour buttermilk
  4. In a separate container mix cornmeal mix and seasoning
  5. Place tomatoes in buttermilk
  6. Pour oil in frying pan and put onto medium heat
  7. Once oil is hot place tomatoes in cornmeal and seasoning mixture
  8. Cover tomatoes completely
  9. Place in oil and fry flipping once
  10. Take tomatoes out and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease
  11. Sprinkle with a little salt and enjoy
