Meatless Stuffed Peppers

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir mushrooms, onions and red peppers in oil in large nonstick skillet until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in cereal, beans, egg, thyme and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into pepper shells in 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. or until heated through.
