Triple Fudge
- 4 12 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup butter
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 9 ounces milk chocolate
- 8 ounces German sweet chocolate
- 10 ounces marshmallow creme
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 cups nuts, chopped (optional)
- - Combine sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk in sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat until butter melts and mixture just comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Cook for 8 minutes; remove from heat.
- - Stir in chocolate chips, milk chocolate, German's sweet chocolate, and marshmallow creme until chocolate melts.
- Add vanilla and nuts, mix well.
- Pour into 2 buttered 9x13 inch dishes.
- Let stand until cool and firm.
- Cut into squares.
