Super Quick Dish! Shio-Kombu Buttered Pork and Japanese Leek Over Rice
- 1 slice Thinly sliced pork belly
- 2 pinch Shio-kombu (6 grams)
- 1 piece Butter (about 10 grams)
- 1 serving Cooked white rice
- 1 Wasabi
- 1/3 to 1/2 Japanese leek
- Cut sliced pork belly into small pieces.
- Also cut Japanese leek in half lengthwise and then julienne.
- Melt butter in a pan and stir fry the pork and Japanese leek.
- When the pork and Japanese leeks are cooked through, add the shio-kombu and toss in the pan.
- Done!
- Serve over a bowl of hot rice!
- Add a little wasabi to preference.
