Nutty Caramel Chip Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour; mix well.
  4. Press onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. Meanwhile, cook caramels and water in saucepan on low heat 5 to 7 min.
  7. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring constantly.
  8. Gradually add to eggs in medium bowl, stirring constantly with whisk until well blended.
  9. Stir in nuts; pour over crust.
  10. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate morsels.
  11. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  12. or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  13. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
