Vegetable Casserole
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, cooked
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free lower-salt chicken broth
- 3/4 cup creamy wheat (enriched farina) hot cereal (1-minute, 2-1/2-minute or 10-minute cook time), uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Place vegetables in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; mix lightly.
- Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan.
- Gradually add cereal; cook 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Stir in cheese.
- Spread over vegetables.
- Broil 7 to 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
