Fish Fillets With Lemon and Capers

  1. Saute garlic and bread crumbs in oil for 7 minutes or until browned.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  4. Saute in butter for 4 minutes per side.
  5. Add lemon juice and capers.
  6. Saute for 1 minute.
  7. Add dill or parsley and saute for 30 seconds.
  8. Serve sprinkled with the bread crumbs.
