Spiced-Up Beef Stew

  1. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over meat in glass or plastic bowl; stir to evenly coat.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate, stirring after 15 min.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  5. dressing in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add half the meat; cook 8 min.
  7. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove meat from pan.
  9. Repeat with 1 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining dressing and remaining meat.
  11. Cook and stir onions in remaining dressing in same pan 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until crisp-tender.
  13. Mix broth, barbecue sauce and flour with whisk until blended.
  14. Add to skillet with meat, tomatoes, yuca, carrots and cinnamon stick; stir.
  15. Bring to boil; cover.
  16. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 hours or until meat is tender.
  17. Discard cinnamon stick.
  18. Serve stew topped with sour cream.
