Braised Peas With Ginger and Cilantro

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable and sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, scallions, cilantro and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add peas and 2 tablespoons water.
  4. Cover and cook until peas are just tender.
  5. Serve garnished with scallion tops.
