Berry Quinoa

  1. Bring quinoa & almond milk to a boil in pan.
  2. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in berries & cinnamon.
  5. Top with blueberry syrup.
  6. Makes 1 1/4 cups (5PP).
