Salad Sevillana Recipe

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in blender and blend till well combined and frothy.
  2. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.)
  3. Combine lettuce, artichoke hearts and bacon in large bowl.
  4. Toss with sufficient dressing to coat generously.
  5. Garnish with Large eggs.
