Tom Orton's Delicious Ice Cap

• 2 oz Boiling water
• 2 tbsp Instant coffee
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 1 Ice cubes (4-6)
• 1/3 cup Light cream or chocolate milk
• 1 tbsp Hot chocolate powder (optional)

1. Create syrup by Adding boiling water, instant coffee, sugar, and hot chocolate powder to a blender, and blend for 30 sec to 1 min.
2. Add ice to blender and blend until ice has turned to a slushy like consistency.
3. Add cream/milk to blender and blend until drink is frothy
4. Pour into glass and enjoy.
