Wok-Fried Snow Pea Tips & Mushrooms
- 1 lb. (450 g) snow pea tips
- 1 pkg. (100 g) bunapi mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Trim snow pea tips; remove any tough stems.
- Break up cluster of mushrooms to separate individual mushrooms.
- Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
- oil in nonstick wok on medium heat.
- Add garlic; stir-fry 15 to 30 sec.
- or until fragrant.
- Add snow pea tips; stir-fry 2 to 2-1/2 min.
- on high heat or just until leaves turn bright green and start to wilt.
- Remove from heat.
- Spoon onto serving plate.
- Heat remaining oil in wok on medium heat.
- Add mushrooms; stir-fry 2 min.
- Add dressing; stir-fry 30 sec.
- Spoon over snow pea tips.
