Rosemary Cocktail Nuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Toss the nuts in a large bowl to combine and spread onto a baking sheet.
  2. Toast in the oven until light golden brown and fragrant, about 8 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, cayenne, sugar, salt and melted butter.
  4. Once the nuts have toasted, toss them with the rosemary mixture until the nuts are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the nuts back on the baking sheet and toast for about 4 or 5 minutes, until the spices have baked onto the nuts.
