Kielbasa and Rice
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Celery Or Mushroom Soup
- 1 Tablespoon Margarine
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1 pound Kielbasa, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces
- 3/4 cups Uncooked Rice
- 1 package Frozen Peas Or Corn (10 Ounce Package)
- In a large pan, mix the soup, butter and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add in kielbasa pieces and rice.
- Simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- Add the frozen vegetables.
- Simmer 15 more minutes.
- Serve with a sprinkling of cheese on top parmesan, mozzarella or cheddar work well.
