Dry Cooked String Beans Recipe

  1. Remove ends of string beans.
  2. Cut into 3 inch lengths.
  3. Heat wok.
  4. Add in oil.
  5. Just before oil starts to smoke, add in string beans.
  6. Fry 3 to 4 min.
  7. Remove.
  8. Drain string beans.
  9. Using the same wok, pour off all but 1 Tbsp.
  10. of oil.
  11. Stir-fry the grnd pork till cooked.
  12. Add in pre-softened dry shrimp that had been soaked in warm water and strained.
  13. Stir-fry.
  14. Add in pickled mustard greens.
  15. Stir-fry greens for about 1 minute.
  16. Return string beans to wok.
  17. Mix everything.
  18. Sprinkle with sesame oil.
  19. Serve.
