Savory Marinated Fish

  1. Arrange fish fillets in single layer in ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In small bowl, combine apple juice, lemon juice, garlic and savory or thyme; pour over fish.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 to 4 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove fish from marinade.
  5. Arrange on broiler pan.
  6. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with marinade.
  7. Discard any remaining marinade.
  8. Garnish with lemon.
