Savory Marinated Fish
- 1 12 lbs fish fillets
- 12 cup apple juice
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon dried savory or 12 teaspoon thyme leaves
- lemon (optional)
- Arrange fish fillets in single layer in ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine apple juice, lemon juice, garlic and savory or thyme; pour over fish.
- Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 to 4 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
- Remove fish from marinade.
- Arrange on broiler pan.
- Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with marinade.
- Discard any remaining marinade.
- Garnish with lemon.
