Jerk Shrimp

  1. Peel shrimp, set aside.
  2. Thinly sliced onions and green peppers.
  3. In saute pan, melt butter and add onions and green peppers.
  4. Sprinkle with jerk seasoning.
  5. Saute till translucent.
  6. Add shrimp and saute till done.
  7. Great with or without rice.
