Jerk Shrimp
- 12 ounces shrimp, peeled
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons caribbean jerk seasoning
- Peel shrimp, set aside.
- Thinly sliced onions and green peppers.
- In saute pan, melt butter and add onions and green peppers.
- Sprinkle with jerk seasoning.
- Saute till translucent.
- Add shrimp and saute till done.
- Great with or without rice.
