Chopped Chef's Salad
- Cheesy Garlic Crostini
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup minced garlic
- 32 slices French bread, thinly sliced into 5-inch-long diagonal pieces
- 32 slices provolone cheese slices (1 oz.)
- Kale Salad
- 2 gal. kale, chopped
- 1 qt. watercress, picked
- 2 cups Diced ham, sauteed
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups scallions, chopped
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, diced
- 1/3 cup capers
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Farmhouse Ranch Dressing
- Cheesy Garlic Crostini: Mix butter and garlic; spread onto bread slices.
- Toast in 350 degrees F standard oven 15 min.
- Top with cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Kale Salad: Combine ingredients.
- Mound about 2 cups salad on top of 2 Cheesy Garlic Crostini.
