Chopped Chef's Salad

  1. Cheesy Garlic Crostini: Mix butter and garlic; spread onto bread slices.
  2. Toast in 350 degrees F standard oven 15 min.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Broil until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  5. Kale Salad: Combine ingredients.
  6. Mound about 2 cups salad on top of 2 Cheesy Garlic Crostini.
