Fudgy Pound Cake
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- margarine
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- Beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugars; beat until creamy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Stir in melted chocolate.
- Combine in separate bowl, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add flour mixture alternately with milk, blending well after each addition.
- Spoon into well-greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350F for 55 to 60 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 20 minutes.
