Mozzarella alla Capresse
- 1 Buffalo style mozzarella. ( soft fresh style )
- 2 large sliced tomatoes
- 1 fresh basil leaves
- 1 splash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
- Make thick slices of your tomato
- Slice your buffalo mozzarella and place on top of tomato slice
- Tear the basil leaves and place on top of the buffalo mozzarella
- Drizzle your olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top and enjoy!
