Three Bean And Corn Bread Casserole Recipe
- 2 can (21 ounce. each) baked beans
- 2 cans (15 ounce. each) kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (8 1/2 ounce.) lima beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Corn Bread Topping
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except Corn Bread Topping; pour into ungreased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
- Prepare Corn Bread Topping; spoon proportionately over bean mix to within 1 inch of edges.
- Bake till topping is deep golden, 25 to 30 min.
- 8 servings.
