Addictive Sake Lees Bread Sticks
- 200 grams Cake flour
- 5 grams Baking powder
- 30 grams White sesame seeds
- 5 grams Salt
- 20 grams Sugar
- 90 grams Milk
- 50 grams Sakekasu (sake lees)
- 30 grams Oil
- Put all of the ingredients in a plastic bag.
- When the dough comes together, use a rolling pin to flatten.
- Cut a corner off the bag and make long notches in the dough to form the bread sticks.
- Bake in the oven at 170C for about 12 minutes, or at 150C for about 20 minutes.
