Boiled Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 1 stick butter
• 2 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 3/4 c. cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 c. quick cooking oats

1. Combine all ingredients, except oatmeal and vanilla, in saucepan.
2. Boil for 5 min.
3. Remove from heat; beat in vanilla and oatmeal.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or possibly cookie sheet.
5. Cold.
6. Yields: 48 cookies.
