Alaska King Crab Louis Salad Recipe

  1. Louis Dressing: Combine all ingredients; mix well.

  4. Arrange crab, tomato, egg, cucumber, asparagus and olives on individual lettuce-lined plates; garnish with lemon.
  5. Serve with Louis Dressing.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  7. Recipe can be halved.
  8. Comments: One sliced avocado can be substituted for the asparagus, if you like.
