Turkey pasta rolls

  1. In salted water with a little oil boil your noodles and once done drain and set aside
  2. While noodles are boiling mix the sauce in large bowl add jar of ragu sauce and the small can of tomato paste and water mix well then add 1/2 tsp salt sugar 1 tsp garlic powder mix and set aside
  3. In a frying pan add chopped garlic and onions with 2 tbs olive oil and fry until it starts to soften
  4. Once onions are done add in the minced turkey and mix it all together
  5. Once the turkey is almost done cooking add the parsley italian herbs black pepper 1 tsp salt onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder hot sauce mix all together and then add the spinach also mixing together ...once turkey is fully cooked add 1 cup of your sauce and mix and turn off heat and set aside
  6. In a deep oven dish add 1 cup of the sauce and sprinkle a little cheese
  7. On a flat surface take one noodle and spread it out adding a little sauce to the noodle all the way across then some meat mixture then sprinkle cheese on top and then roll it up and place it in the dish neatly....(leave at least a cup of meat and put aside )
  8. Repeat to the rest of the noodles and again neatly fill up your dish with the rolls
  9. Once you finish adding the rolls to the dish add 2 cups of the sauce to the left over meat you had put aside and mix together and pour on to the rolls sprinkling the rest of the cheese
  10. Bake in the oven @ 375 for 45 minutes uncovered ...once its finish let sit at least 10 minutes and enjoy !
