BBQ Shrimp & Steak Pizza
- 4 each prepared Pizza Dough (1-lb. balls)
- 2 cups OPEN PIT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
- 2 qt. shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cups uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, cut lengthwise in half, sauteed Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/3 cups grilled medium-rare boneless beef strip steaks, very thinly sliced
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1-1/3 cups green peppers, cut into strips
- 1-1/3 cups red peppers, cut into strips
- 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- Roll out each ball of dough on lightly floured surface to 14-inch circle; dock evenly with fork.
- Place on pizza screens.
- Bake in 400 degrees F-convection oven 3 to 4 min.
- or until crusts are crisp and lightly browned.
- Spread 1/2 cup barbecue sauce onto each crust; sprinkle with 1 cup (4 oz.)
- cheese.
- Top evenly with shrimp, steak, tomatoes, peppers, oregano and remaining cheese.
- Bake 2 to 3 min.
- or until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.
