One Pot Casserole
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well.
- Transfer to greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until heated through.
- Liquid smoke would add a distinctive hickory smoke barbeque flavor to foods, so if you don't care for the flavor, it may be omitted.
