Cabbage With Rice

  1. In large covered saucepan in as little water as possible, cook shredded cabbage over medium heat until crisp-tender.
  2. Lower the heat and stir in the rice, margarine, cheese, and nutmeg.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. When all ingredients are heated through, transfer to a serving dish and serve.
