Easy Vegetable Pizza
- 28 HoneyMaid Graham Wafers (Regular or 40% Less Fat)
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 cups finely chopped vegetables (peppers, mushroom, zucchini, eggplant or broccoli) Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 2 cups Kraft Onion BarBQ Sauce
- COOK onion in oil until softened.
- Add garlic, vegetables, tomatoes, dried herbs and seasonings.
- Cook and stir over medium heat for 10 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
- Arrange graham wafers in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Top with an even layer of vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 425F (220C) in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
