Irish Potatoes
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) flaked coconut (not moistened)
- 1 to 2 lb. confectioners' sugar
- 1 stick butter
- margarine, room temperature
- Ground cinnamon
- Place first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
- Cream with a large heavy spoon.
- Roll in one-inch balls.
- Dump some cinnamon in a bowl or plate.
- Roll balls in cinnamon and shake off the excess.
