Crockpot Chicken Tortillas

  1. Tear chicken into bite size pieces, mix with soup, chili, salsa and tapioca.
  2. Line bottom of crockpot with 3 corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces.
  3. Add 13 of the chicken mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with 13 of the onion and 13 of the cheese.
  5. Repeat layers of tortillas topped with chicken mixture, onions and cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
  7. Garnish with black olives.
