Hot N Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe

  1. Remove tips from wings and throw away.
  2. Separate first and second joints of wings with sharp knife.
  3. Pat wings dry with a paper towel.
  4. Heat about 2 inches of oil in a heavy pan to 350 degrees on deep fat thermometer.
  5. Fry wings a few at a time for about 6 min till golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. In small bow combine butter, catsup, sauce and pwdr.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Toss wing pcs in butter mix to coat.
  10. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
