Asian Spicy Slaw Recipe

  1. To make dressing: Put sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper in large bowl & whisk till sugar dissolves.
  2. Whisk in oils till well blended.
  3. Add in cabbage & green onions.
  4. Toss to mix.
  5. Cover & chill overnight
  6. (mix will wilt & decrease in volume).
  7. About 4 hrs before serving, crumble uncooked noodles over cabbage mix.
  8. Sprinkle with seasoning packets & toss to mix well.
  9. Cover & chill.
  10. Noodles will soften as they absorb moisture.
  11. Just before serving add in almonds & sesame seeds & toss to mix.
  12. * Look for warm chili oil in the Oriental food section of market.

  14. Dressing:

sugar, rice, salt, vegetal oil, sesame oil, green cabbage, green onions, chicken, almonds, sesame seeds
