Honey-Baked Ham
- 2 cups honey
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 13 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground cloves
- 5 -6 lbs bone-in ham, or
- 3 -4 lbs boneless ham
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Slice ham halfway through at 1/4 inch intervals.
- Tie with string.
- Place in roaster; pour glaze over ham.
- Marinate for 24 hours.
- Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour, or until heated through.
