Seafood and Sunflower Sprouts Salad
- 1 cup mixed seafood
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 1 bunch coriander,or cilantro ,or both
- 50 grams sunflowers sprouts
- 2 clove garlic
- 8 hot chili,or less
- 1/2 tbsp fishsauce
- 1 tbsp simple sugar syrups
- 1 onion,sliced
- 3 mushroom,sliced
- 3 cherry tomato,halves
- 1/2 of bell pepper,sliced
- 1 carrots ,sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 60 grams glassnoodles
- Crush garlic,chili,add fishsauce,syrups,lime juice,taste ,adapt to your preference,original taste is spicy,sour,sweet
- Boil all seafood and glassnoodles,about 5 mins or until cooked,cool it in running water,add to mixing bowl,follow with sauce,add sunflower sprouts,softly mix,serve and enjoy :)
