Meaty Spinach Stuffing Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook spinach using package directions; drain.
  3. Brown sausage, veal and pork in large skillet till crumbly; drain.
  4. Add in onion, celery, parsley and garlic; stir well.
  5. Cook, covered, for 20 min.
  6. Combine Large eggs, spinach and Parmesan cheese in large bowl; mix well.
  7. Add in meat mix and stuffing mix, stirring well.
  8. Stir in broth and sage.
  9. Spoon into 2 qt baking dish.
  10. Bake for 1 hour.
  11. Yield: 10 c..
