Easy Cod and Mushrooms Foil Bake

  1. Slice the leek diagonally.
  2. Cut the stem ends off the mushrooms and shred apart into small clumps.
  3. Put the cod, mushrooms and leek on a large piece of aluminium foil in that order.
  4. Top with a teaspoon of buter and black pepper.
  5. Make 2 foil packets.
  6. Close up the foil.
  7. Put the foil packets in a frying pan.
  8. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, and an additional 3 minutes over low heat.
  9. Done.
  10. Eat sprinkled with a little ponzu sauce.
  11. The cod is already flavored, so go easy on the sauce.
