Easy Clear Soup Made with Shio-Konbu
- 1 pinch Shio-konbu
- 1 dash Mitsuba
- 1 dash Nori seaweed
- 1 Umeboshi
- 1 dash White sesame seeds
- 2 pinch Salt
- 200 ml Boiling water
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Pour boiling water and done.
- Use your favorite additions, such as chopped scallions, mitsuba, small nori pieces, salted cured plums, white sesame seeds, or shiso leaves.
