Pita Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. To make the sauce: In a small food processor, combine cilantro, garlic, pecans, olive oil, and 3 tablespoons of cheese.
  3. Process until it makes a paste.
  4. Spread the sauce onto the pita.
  5. Place the tomato, mushrooms, broccoli, and remaining cheese onto the pita.
  6. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the edges of the pita turn a golden color.
